Ingredients

8 cup Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate
32 oz Ground beef, lean
2 cans Tomato Sauce Great Value
2 cans Great Value Diced Tomatoes - no salt added
1 can Great Value Tomato Paste
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw diced
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 tbsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano, ground
1 dash Pepper, black
2 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Drain.
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain.
Add onions and mushrooms to the ground beef and cook on medium high heat until onions are soft about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add pasta to the spaghetti sauce and mix.
Pour into a large casserole dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
