Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2.5 Lbs Beef, round steak
    1 large Onion chopped
    2 Garlic cloves minced
    14oz Can of Diced tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 Green bell pepper, sliced into strips
    1 Red bell pepper, sliced into strips
    1 Package Fajita Seasoning Mix
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup flour

Directions

Trim excess fat from beef, cut into 2" pieces. Combine with onion in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Mix together seasoning mix with undrained tomatoes. Pour over beef & onions. Place peppers top and cook on low 7-9 hours until beef is tender.

Combine water & flour in a small bowl. Mix well Add gradually to crockpot stir well. Cover slow cooker and cook on high for 15-20 minutes more until thickened. Serve over rice or couscous
