    1 serving Designer Protein Lite Chocolate cookies & cream
    1 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
    .25 serving Coffee (reg 8 OZ) (by M2MOMSC)
    1 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup

Tips

I like the Designer Protein Lite because it has 4 g fiber which cuts carbs to 1 gm per serving; also fiber is always good. Because I am on keto diet I add the coconut oil to boost the fat. However, if I used Goya Coconut milk (canned) fats would be 9g saturated. Haven't been able to find a low protein powder with high fat for keto diet.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in shake bottle and pour over ice. Or , if available, combine all ingredients in blender with ice, blending until smooth.
