    1.0 serving * Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes)
    6.0 oz Scallops, raw

Directions
