Introduction

There is an official Italian name for this dish but I forgot it somewhere between the restaurant and my kitchen when I recreated it. There is an official Italian name for this dish but I forgot it somewhere between the restaurant and my kitchen when I recreated it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    2 cans Sweet Peas
    8 Eggs
    1 stick Margarine

Directions

Cook spaghetti, drain, add margarine until melted and spaghetti is coated
Add peas
In a side pan, scramble eggs, add to spaghetti and mix thoroughly.

Optional: Add spices of your choice to give a little more zing. I like pepper, Oregano, and thyme.

Serves 8.
