My quest for a quick easy make ahead breakfast. Uses bisquick, banana, sugar, eggs, and applesauce. My quest for a quick easy make ahead breakfast. Uses bisquick, banana, sugar, eggs, and applesauce.

Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 serving Egg white, large
    2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 TBS Applesauce, unsweetened

Tips

Eat at least one WARM!!!


Directions

Preheat oven to 400, grease one 12 cup muffin pan or line with muffin cups

Mash bananas and combine with egg, bisquick, sugar, and applesauce. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups

Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and cool.
