Ingredients

    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 large Egg white, fresh
    0.3 cup Canola Oil
    12.0 serving(s) Baker''s Corner Classic Yellow Cake Mix
    1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh
    0.75 cup pieces or chips Walnuts

Directions

Blend cake mix, water, and oil. Add egg whites and egg. Mix well. Stir in chopped walnuts and fresh blueberries. Fill sprayed muffin tins half full. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 min.
