Ingredients

    .75 serving Blue Diamond Almond Milk Unsweet 1 cup=1 svg (by CAMPCON)
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    .5 cup Oat Bran
    1.75 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 cup, sliced Almonds
    .75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Tips

You can Use blender to mix ingredients if desired. Use gluten free oats and oat bran to make gluten free version.


Directions

Preheat oven to400 deg F. Grease muffin tin, Combine almond milk and lemon juice in a cup and allow to sit about 10 min until milk curdles. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add almond mild do not over mix. Spoon into greased/sprayed muffin tin filling 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 min until lightly browned. allow to cool
