Ingredients

    8 serving Brown Rice, Great Value Natural Whole Grain Rice - 1/4 cup dry
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    20 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork
    0.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
    3 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    6 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    248 grams Carrots, raw
    1 cup Peas, frozen
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 clove Garlic

Directions

Cook rice in water until all is absorbed. Slice pork into thin strips. Stir in 2 Tbsp soy sauce. Allow to marinate while chopping vegetables. Heat wok until hot. Add 1 Tbsp oil; swirl to coat. Add crushed red pepper and pork; stir-fry until cooked through; remove. Add remaining Tbsp oil; stir-fry onions and scallions until golden. Add garlic, and mushrooms; stir-fry. Add broccoli and carrots; stir-fry. Stir in peas. Stir in eggs until done. Return meat to wok; heat through. Stir in rice and remaining 2 Tbsp soy sauce.
