    1.0 cup Milk, nonfat
    1.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    0.5 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    45.0 gram(s) EAS LEAN 15 protein powder (vanilla cream)
    2.0 serving Stevia in the Raw

Directions

Blend milk, cocoa, peanut butter and stevia in blender first. Add protein powder last and only mix a bit or it will get frothy. Put in freezer to get more of a milkshake. Adjust any number of ways. Use less protein powder if you want less calories. Add more cocoa and stevia to get a darker chocolate. Serving Size: Makes 1 shake
