    1 stick Butter, salted
    2 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    2 serving Baked Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter)
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Tips

You could eliminate the butter and pray with olive oil to decrease calories.


Directions

Put all ingredients in foil and fold closed.
Grill 30 minutes over 300 degree heat
