Ingredients

    .5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw -grated
    .5 cup, zucchini - grated
    1 dash Salt
    .125 tsp Nutmeg, ground (pinch)
    .125 tsp Cloves, ground (pinch)
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground (pinch)
    .125 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Oil crock of your slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serving Size: 2 large portions or 4 small portions
