Introduction

Ingredients

4.0 tbsp Butter, salted
4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
2.0 tsp Pepper, black
2.0 tbsp Basil
2.0 tsp Salt
2.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
2.0 cloves Garlic
2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4.0 cup Spaghetti Squash
2.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
4.0 serving Turkey, Butterball Ground Turkey 93% Lean (1 serving = 4 ounces)
Directions
-Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, place in a roasting pan with 1 and 1/2 cups water and roast in oven at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool enough to handle and then scoop out squash strands and place in mixing bowl. Add butter, parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Brown turkey in non-stick pan.
Once turkey is browned add oregano, garlic, onions and tomatoes. Sauté for 7 minutes.
Add broccoli and mushrooms and sauté for another 5
minutes.
Place spaghetti squash mixture in bowls then top with turkey mixture, garnish with chopped frash basil and serve.
