    2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    2 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
    2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    1.5 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    3 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER
    .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.

Tips

Add ice at the beginning and crush if desired. Frozen berries and kale make this unnecessary.
