Ingredients

    8.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    4.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.75 cup Peas, frozen
    4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    3.75 cup Beans, red kidney
    3.75 cup Beans, white
    12.0 cup Vegetable Broth
    3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    4.0 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value
    2.5 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup
    145.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw

Directions

1. In a large pot cook onions & garlic over medium heat until they slightly soften. 2. Add carrots, cabbage, green beans, peas, & beans. Cook an additional 5 minutes. 3. Stir in bell peppers, undrained tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, bay leaves & seasoning. 4. Add in zucchini, broccoli, and corn. Simmer an additional 5 minutes or until soft. 5. Remove bay leaves before serving. 6. Add 1 piece of whole grain gluten free bread with some garlic butter for dipping. Serving Size: Makes 34 1-cup servings
