Ingredients

1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
2 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Spray 8x8 inch glass baking dish.
3. Dice Chicken and cook over medium heat until cooked through.
4. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cayenne. Set aside
5. Cut chilies in half and add a single layer of chilies on the bottom of the baking dish.
6. Top chilies with half the grated cheese.
7. Top cheese with the chicken.
8. Repeat with another layer of chilies and another layer of cheese.
9. Pour egg mixture all over the top.
10. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until completely set.
