Ingredients

    300.0 Grams Flour, white
    8.0 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    250.0 Grams Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft
    100.0 Grams Brown Sugar
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Directions

Combine flour, water and oil in a bowl , Form it to a ball, cover it and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes Add Tofu, sugar and lemon juice into the mixer and mix until creemy. Add 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch Press the dough into a cake Form and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Fill the mixturw into the Form and bake another 15 minutes Lower the heat to 180°C and bake 10 more minutes. Let the baked cake cool down and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to thicken up.
