Ingredients

    3 serving Egg white, large
    0.5 cup Oat meal - Quaker quick
    1 cup, mashed Zucchini
    28 gram(s) DYMATIZE 100% Whey Protein Isolate (1 Scoop) (by DNLCAST) http://hersuppz.com/dymatize-iso-2620.html
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 dash Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray mini loaf pan well with nonstick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Blend or purée if you can.
Place in oven to cook for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
