    .25 cup corriander fresh (by NICANOCA1978)
    2 tbsp Cumin and Corriander seeds powder (by FANORONHA_14)
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    0.75 tsp Great Value Iodized Salt (by VCRUSHFAN)
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2.5 cup Besan (Gram flour) (by KMFRALEY)
    2 tsp Black Mustard Seeds (by LYRICANJL)
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Asaefoetida 1 pinch
    1 serving 1 Cinnamon Stick (by BOBBIY)
    1 serving Green Chilli (by CMALESSA)
    2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Tips

Chop Mooli, roast besan prepare all the raw meterial in advance so it is easy to make.


Directions

Finely choppe Mooli and coriander. Cook frozen spinach in microwave for minutes. Roast Besan in a pan till light brown. Heat Olive oil in pan add mustard seed, cumin seeds, whole cinnamon stick, hing than add chopped Mooli and spinach add salt little turmeric, add some water, cover and cook. In roasted Besan add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric,red chilli, cumin and corriander corriander powder, salt, sesame seeds, fresh corriander mix well. When mooli come to boil add roasted besan mix live it on top of the mooli do not mix cover and let it cook on medium heat for few minutes. When most of it get cook and no water left stir it with the back of the spoon slowly to check it the besan is cooked and not sticky it should be little dry not very sticky.
