Introduction

A tasty soup that is a perfect lunch dish. A tasty soup that is a perfect lunch dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
    4 cube Chicken bouillon
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 cup Coleslaw - Dole - Classic Bagged (by TERRYHEART)
    .5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    .5 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623)
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Dice chicken into 1/2" pieces and season with salt & pepper. Dice onion. Julienne carrot. Sauté chicken and onion until chicken is cooked through, approximately 5 minutes. Add water, bouillon cubes, coleslaw mix & carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Enjoy!
