Ingredients

    8 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 cup Mushrooms, canned
    8 tbsp Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix)
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

Tips

I brown the chops for about 1.5 minutes on each side to seal in juices before placing them in the crockpot. You can skip this step if you like.


Directions

Oil crockpot
Place pork chops in bottom of crockpot
Layer onions and mushrooms on top of the chops
Mix well the dry soup, the can of mushroom soup and water
Spoon soup mixture on top of the onions and mushrooms
Cover, cook on low setting for 6-8 hours

Serving Size: 1/8 of recipe
