    150.0 Grams Onions, raw
    350.0 Grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.25 cup Lemon Juice
    1.0 tsp Salt

Directions

Dice vegetables, I prefer small pieces it's up to you. Stir together, add salt then lemon juice and stir again. Let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
