Ingredients

0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
0.50 cup Classico Sweet Basil Marina Spaghetti Sauce
3 tsp Lawry's Minced Onion (dried)
0.50 cup Bell Pepper, Orange 1 Cup (92g)
1 serving McCormick-Perfect Pinch (Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper)
6 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid)
1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 serving Cheese, String, Crystal Farms Light (1 stick)
1 serving Chicken, Ground; Purdue (1lb raw) (by JMIELOC1)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
1: in a bowl combine meat, 1/4C marinara or pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, bell pepper, and all seasoning.
2: may sit in fridge for a while at this point if you want.
3. Cut string cheese into 3 small pieces per stick.
4. Pull meat mixture out of fridge.
5. Divided it into 12 equal amounts.
6. Take portion of a meat mixture pat it flat.
7. Put a piece of cheese in that center of meat.
8. Wrap meat around the cheese and form into a ball.
9. Repeat with remaining meat and cheese.
10. Bake in a 8x11 baking dish for 25min.
Serving Size: 4 servings of 3 meatballs. Plus 2TB extra sauce per serving and 1TB extra parmesan cheese per servings inclued.
