Ingredients

    2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    .5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    10 strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    2 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano

Directions

Chop all the vegetables, add the chicken stock and cans of diced tomato and cook until all vegetables are soft.
