Ingredients

    8.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    1.0 cup Refried Beans
    4.0 tortilla (approx 10" dia) Flour Tortillas
    2.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    Taco Seasoning
    Medium Onion
    Salsa (optional)
    Sour Cream (optional)
    Tomatoes (optional)
    Jalapeņo (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 pie pans with non stick spray 2. Place beef and onion in skillet and brown. Drain off grease and season beef with taco seasoning. 3. Place one tortilla in each pie plate. Layer beans and beef in each plate, then cover with second tortilla. Bake for 10 minutes. 4. Remove pie plates and let cool slightly. Spread optional salsa on top, sprinkle with cheese. Place tomatoes and jalapeņo slices on top and stick back in oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes 8 complete servings of 2 pieces each
