Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Celery seed
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    3.0 dash Pepper, black
    3.0 dash Salt
    3.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    1.5 cup Tomato juice, without salt added
    24.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    300.0 grams Red Potato
    1.5 cup Frozen green peas

Directions

Dice all fresh veg, and brown and drain meat. Dump everything in crockpot and let cook on high 4 or 5 hours. Servings 1-2 cups Serving Size: Makes 6 qt crockpot full to top
