Ingredients

    16 oz Beef Taco Meat (by KMCNULTY96)
    3 serving Cheese Sargento Pepper Jack Slices
    1 serving 1 cup onion chopped (by KAYLCEY)
    2 tortilla (approx 12" dia) Flour Tortillas

Directions

Cut circles out of tortillas and place in a muffin pan.

Heat the oven to 350.

Fill muffin cups with taco and onion mixture

Top with 1/4 of pepperjack cheese slice

Bake for 5 minutes
