Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 large Egg white, fresh
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 cup Hunts Sugar Free Tomato Sauce
    .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    .25 tbsp Spice Classics Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp Basil
    0.25 tsp salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    5 serving Wright Bacon

Directions

Saute' onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in 1 tlbs. olive oil. In a large bowl mix 1 lb ground turkey, 1/4 cup sugar free tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add sauteed vegetables.

Spray cupcake pan with nonstick cooking spray and line 10 cups of the pan with 1/2 slice bacon each. Divide into cups.

Cook on 350* for 20-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 10 cupcake size servings.
