Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Honey
    3.0 serving "Fisher" Almonds, Sliced (1 oz)
    16.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    3.0 cup quick oats Ralston
    1.0 cup Fisher chopped pecans
    1.0 cup Fisher walnut pieces
    0.5 cup farmers market roasted sunflower seeds
    4.0 tbsp arrowhead gold flax seeds
    0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Add 4T cinnamon and 2T vanilla. Mix. Bake at 400 for 15 min, stir once. Serving Size: .25 cup
