Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 scoops Forever Lite Ultra Shake (Vanilla)
    1 cup Flour, white
    0.25 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    4 sachets Crystal Light Sugar Free Low Calorie Lemon
    4 egg whites
    1/4 cup Splenda (or other sweetener)
    2 jars baby applesauce (I used Hipp Simply Apples)
    4 fl oz (1 empty jar) of water

Tips

NB they may come out a little sticky but that is OK.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl (flour, shake powder, salt, baking powder, crystal light powder)
In a separate bowl, whist together the egg whites, sweetener, apple sauce and water).
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Put the mixture in a square tin and bake for 20-23 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 16 squares
