Very good and takes care of those sweet cravings. Easy to make.
Use any frozen fruit for a quick treat.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2.5 cups frozen mango chuncks
    1 cup Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    1.5 tsp Stevia in the Raw
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 cup Water, as needed

Directions

Add first five ingredients in blender. Add water just enough to mix to thick slush . Do not add too much water.
Put in a square cake pan to freeze. Let freeze fro about 1 hour then break up with fork and smooth down and let freeze.
When serving let thaw a minute or so for a creamer ice cream.

Serving Size: Makes about 6- 3/4 cup servings
