Ingredients

    3 lbs Pork loin roast (trimmed)
    2 packets LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Soup Mix, Dry
    4 lbs Red Potato
    2 lbs Carrots (baby)
    6 cup Water (approximate)

Tips

Getting a leaner roast will reduce prep time as there will be less to trim.


Directions

1) Trim fat off pork roast
2) Spray crockpot with cooking spray and add pork roast
3) Top with one packet soup mix
4) Clean and trim potaotes, then quarter potatoes and add to crockpot
5) Add carrots
6) Top with 2nd packet of soup mix
7) Add water to crockpot until potatoes are covered
8) Cook on low for 8 hours
9) Remove all items to platters to cut & serve
-- you can keep the soup/juice as an au jus if desired
