Introduction
For gluten free this was totally moist and pure decadence.I used almond milk because I don't use regular milk.
A delicious snack with a protein boost! Next time I might double the protein powder. I don't think it will change the texture. For gluten free this was totally moist and pure decadence.

Ingredients
-
1.33 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour (by DEX82DAX)
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by DVILL818)
2 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
.33 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
4 oz Fisher Chef's Naturals Chopped Walnuts
4 tbsp Canola Oil - Wesson 100% Natural (by OMALLEYC)
16 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Tips
I found it easier to divide the loaf in half lengthwise and then in 8 slices. Once it was cooled I made serving size pieces so I would not be tempted to eat more than one serving. I also froze half of them.
This does not really need a full cup of chips so you could try using less to decrease the sugar content.
Directions
Wisk together the mashed banana, egg, oil, milk and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, protein powder, salt and cinnamon.
Wisk ingredients together.
Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes depending on your oven. I used a convection oven 35 minutes.
