Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup pumpkin raw or 4 egg substitutes
    3 cups carrots grated (unpeeled)
    3/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup walnuts (optional)


Directions

Spray pan with cooking spary.
Mix all ingrediants together.
Bake 350 for 1 hour
