Ingredients

1 Egg slightly beaten
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach
1 cup traditional crumbled feta cheese
1 tub (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
15 sheets frozen phyllo sheets (14 x 9 inch, thawed)
1/3 cup butter or I use pam cooking spray
Directions
mix egg, spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese and onions until well blended, set aside.
place one of the phyllo dough sheets on clean working space, brush lightly with butter, repeat two more times so you have three sheets, each lightly brushed with butter.
Take 1/5 of the mixture and spread along one of the short sides of the phyllo dough. Then roll into a log, Place onto a cookie sheet lightly butter the top of the log and cut vents into the top of the log. Repeat four more times.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown and flakey. Cool 5 minutes, cut each log into 6 pieces with a serated knife.
