Ingredients

56 oz Keystone All natural heat & serve Beef (by WALKINGBOUT)
2 cup Libbys Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
3.5 serving Del Monte Sliced Carrot (by KAYCEE999)
    3.5 serving canned sweet peas
2 cup Green Beans, Canned, Premium cut green beans, S&W
20 tbsp Muir Glen Organic Tomato Paste (by STEFANIE822)
20 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
8 serving Mashed Potatoes Idahoan Real Premium Mashed Potatoes (GS) 1/2 cup prepared
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 cup Milk, 1%
1.5 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
1.5 cup Giorgio Mushroom Pieces & Stems (1 can 3 half cup servings) (by STEPH2003)
10 tbsp Italian Seasoning, McCormick (by LCSWTOB)
5 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder (by CRTB06)

Tips

Use a crockpot liner for easy clean up

Directions

1) Line a 6-quart crockpot with a crockpot liner
2) Add ground beef (if you are using fresh, I would brown it in a skillet first, otherwise the pre-cooked can works great)
3) Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste (I always add more as I like a real rich taste). Then add cream of mushroom soup (just the can, no water)
4) Add seasonings and stir together
5) Add all veggies and mix.
6) Combine 2 bags of Idahoan Premium Mashed Potatoes (the herb and parmesan goes great with this) and 3 cups of boiling water, and 1.5 cups of milk. You can substitute water for milk, but the milk makes them more creamy. Feel free to add butter if you would like.
7) Top the meat and veg mixture with the potatoes.
8) Cook on high for 2.5 hours or on low for 4-6 hours

Ready to serve when the sauce/juice from the mixture starts to "peak" through the potatoes.
