Ingredients

    Marrow, or zuchini 800 gram(s)
    Potato, raw, 4 large
    Eggplant, fresh, 2 eggplant
    Ground Pork, 300 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large , chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 large , chopped
    Parsley, 3 tbsp , chopped
    Milk, 2%, 3 cup
    Flour, white, 0.25 cup
    Olive Oil, 5 tbsp
    salt, pepper, cinnamon

Directions

Makes 6 big servings
Peel potatoes and boil them until semi cooked. Slice eggplants and marrow. Cover eggplants and marrow with baking foil and bake them in the oven for 30-40 min. Brown the ground pork on 2 tbsp oil, add onion, parsley, salt, pepper and cinnamon, chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Slice the boiled potatoes. In a big ovenproof dish, or in 6 small, lay the sliced potatoes, marrow and eggplants and put the minced port between the layers. In a pan heat the ramaining oil and brown the flour a little, then remove from heat and add the cold milk little by little. Mix well, and bring back to heat, add little salt and cinnamon. When it is thick pour it over the mousassaka. Bake the moussaka in medium heat in the owen for 45 min untill the top stats to brown.
