Introduction

Just like mom used to make. Just like mom used to make.

Ingredients

    2 pounds Potatoes; chopped/diced/bite-size
    1/2 cup Just Mayo (vegan mayo)
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Dill pickle juice

Tips

Try adding some relish, chopped celery; green olives etc to mix it up.


Directions

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and cool.

Add all ingredients together in serving bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
