Ingredients

    2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    500 grams Ground beef, lean
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    0.2 cup Tomato Sauce
    4 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    400 grams Beans, black
    1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    4 tbsp Sour Cream

Directions

Cook all raw ingredients, all canned ingredients and spices. Simmer for 20 mins. Top with sour cream and cheese
