This is a tasty low-cal and low-fat dressing that I generally toss with my salad. It's very thin and runny but adds flavor to the salad without adding a lot of calories. Ingredients

    1 cup Apple Juice (fresh squeezed is best)
    1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Pour ingredients into a jar and shake up together. Keep in fridge.

One serving is 2 tbsp.
