Introduction

This tastes so good. It is moist and flavorful. These don't hold together very well, but the taste is so great, that to my family, it is so worth it. This tastes so good. It is moist and flavorful. These don't hold together very well, but the taste is so great, that to my family, it is so worth it.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
    1 large Egg
    1/2 cup chopped Onion
    1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
    1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    2 clove Garlic
    1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, garlic, and teaspoon pepper until well blended. Divide mixture into three equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Lay burgers on an oiled barbecue grill over high heat and close the lid. Cook burgers until browned on both sides. Mine took 6 minutes on one side and a couple on the other side.

I also toasted the buns. These were really juicy and I had one that partially fell through the grate. Keep in mind, they fall apart easily. But these are so so good that it is so worth it.

Serving Size: Makes 3 big Hamburger patties
