Introduction

Ingredients

    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic Golden Flax Seed Meal 2T (by WOOLANDWOOD)
    24 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g)
    0.5 serving Fairlife skim milk (by HEALTHYANDFIT27)

Directions

Combine ingredients in a pot over medium low heat and whisk. Stir until the mixture is simmering and thickened, and the chia seeds are congealed. If the mixture begins to stick, add 1 tsp coconut oil or butter. When mixture is thickened, remove from heat and add sugar free sweeteners of choice. Some good combinations include honey substitute and vanilla with a touch of cinnamon; or unsweetened apple butter with cinnamon and stevia.
