Ingredients

    32 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    3 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    .5 tsp Tarragon, ground
    .5 cup, mashed Zucchini
    .25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    .25 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw

Directions

1. In a large skillet, sauteŽonion and garlic in butter. Add water, broth and seasonings. Add salmon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes til fish easily flakes.***

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Serve with salmon.


*** Freeze 1/2 salmon to use Pasta & Salmon in Creamy Lemon Sauce
