Ingredients

2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1.5 cup, whole Almonds
16 tbsp *Flax Seed
8 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Erythritol
2 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 cup trader joe’s organic unsweetened flake coconut
Tips
use whatever you have handy .. use your favorite nuts and seeds, If it's on your diet you can add chopped dates or raisins or dried cherries
Directions
1. Crush or chop the mixed almonds into small pcs. or use thinly sliced its nicer texture.
2. In a large frying pan place 1 tablespoon coconut oil and cook the almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds until lightly browned. keep moving the nuts in the pan . they can burn easy.. keep them moving and watch them .
3. Add the Flax and Sesame seeds, they will pop for a min or two stirring constantly.
5 Remove from heat in a big bowl and toss with Erythritol Cinnamon mix well let cool and store in airtight container.
