Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

8 decaffeinated Bigelow Green Tea bags
1 gal. (128 oz.) Water, tap
    1.5 c. Sucralose (like Splenda)
    2 fl oz Water, tap

Tips

Just remember that the quick brew will taste more manufactured than the pot brew. Prep time includes the 1 hours steeping time after brewing. 15 minutes , roughly, for it to boil.

Directions

add 8 teabags and 1 gallon of water to a pot. Bring to a rolling boil. Turn off and remove from heat. Pour 1.5 cups of Splenda into a measuring cup or bowl. Add 2oz. water and stir to create a liquid sweetener. Add to pot of tea and stir well to mix. Cover and let stand until cooled (about 1 hour). pour into a 1 gallon pitcher and fill with water till full. Stir to blend in water and tea.
Quick Method: Add sweetener already liquefied into a 1 gallon pitcher. Place tea bags into a coffee brewer basket. Add water to coffee maker as if you were making coffee. Add each coffee pot of tea to pitcher and stir each time. Repeat this brew process, do not change tea bags, until the pitcher is full. This quick method will still make a good brewed tea but not as much tea flavor.
