    2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes

    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    2 tbsp Curry powder
    .5 tsp Chili powder
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Spice as preferred - more or less cumin, hot chili powder, cumin.


Directions

Raw beans, soak overnight. Boil for 1.5 hrs.
Prepare Rice
Add chopped vegetables
Add Beans
Add Spices
Cook 30 minutes
