    Stir fry beef strips (or cut a round steak into strips)
    Package of frozen broccoli, prepared
    1 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tbsp. corn starch
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. cooked white rice


1. Brown the beef in a large skillet, drain
2. Prepare the sauce: combine beef broth, garlic salt, brown sugar, corn starch, and soy sauce
3. Add broccoli and sauce to skillet, boil over medium heat
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until beef is cooked through and sauce thickens

    Very Good
    I made this but cut out the rice and used fresh steamed broccoli instead of frozen. It came out great. Tasted just like I buy at a chinese restaurant! - 8/13/08

    I tried this and my whole family ate it. There were no leftovers. Really easy to make. - 6/13/07
