Ingredients

    2.0 cup diced Potato, raw
    1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1.0 large Onions, raw
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    10.0 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
    0.33 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    4.0 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham

Directions

Cube and boil potatoes until fork tender, cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and boil or steam until tender. Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent and starting to brown. Add ham and flour and cook for 1 minute. Add broth and scrape the bottom of the pan, add evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, add cheese and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
