Ingredients

    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    5.5 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2.0 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple, canned
    1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30 to 40 min. While cake is baking make frosting. Melt butter in skilet add milk and sugar. Boil 5 minutes add coconut. Remove cake from oven when done whike still warm poke holes in it and piur on frosting Serving Size: 9
