Ingredients

    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    .25 cup Beets, fresh
    1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin
    .25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    2 sprigs Parsley
    .50 tsp Ginger Root
    .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw

Tips

Parsley is a natural detox herb so use fresh. I use frech ginger or fresh turmeric. Using fresh squeezed lemon juice is best. Do not use too many beets, they are very good for you but they are also very powerful so don't go overboard. I drink this smoothie 2 - 3 times a week only. I pre-cut my fruits and veggies on the weekend. You can freeze the ingredients individually in a ziploc bag to save time.


Directions

Blend all ingredients using water or ice cubes.
